Saving custom entry titles

By default Super Forms saves entries with the following title format: Contact entry XXX, where XXX would be the entry ID (post ID) itself.

If you want to save a custom entry title instead you can enable Enable custom entry titles under your form settings. Optionally you might also want to prevent saving entries if there is an existing entry with the same title.
